Rajiv Tyagi

Having an extensive expertise in the areas of Trade Laws, International Taxation, Transactional Taxation, Indian Tax Laws, Civil and Commercial Laws, Rajiv has a strong experience spanning over two decades in representing clients in international and domestic arbitration proceedings, Arbitration under the aegis of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Paris, Trade Laws, International Taxation, Transactional Taxation, Indian Tax Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, Civil, Corporate and Commercial Laws. Rajiv is enrolled as an Advocate on Record of the Supreme Court of India besides being a Registered Trade Mark Attorney.

Samir Sharma

Practicing in the areas of Civil, Commercial, Corporate and Constitutional Laws, Land Acquisition, Power Projects, Taxation of goods and commodities, Collaborations and Privatization of Public Sector Undertakings and Arbitration since 1990, Mr. Sharma has an extensive experience and his legal expertise make every project a definite success. With experience in real estate and Intellectual Property Laws, he has represented various clients in arbitration proceedings, litigation involving public utility projects, Public Interest Litigation and Corporate Litigation in the High Courts, Quasi Judicial Tribunals and Boards.

Deepak K. Trivedi

With expertise in intellectual property laws, Mr. Trivedi is an approved patent attorney registered with the Indian Patent Registry.  Deepak handles all Intellectual Property Marks registration and ancillary proceedings.

I.R. Malik

A law graduate with Masters in Economics and Political Science, Mr. Malik has vast experience of dealing with governmental departments and agencies for obtaining various statutory clearances. He has good experience in handling commercial litigation for corporate clients relating to Constitutional laws, general business and commercial laws, telecommunication and financial sectors.

Sangeeta Sharma

Sangeeta is a law graduate with bachelor in sciences.  With many years of experience in dealing with government departments and agencies, Sangeeta has worked for many corporate clients on issues regarding Contractual laws, arbitration, general business and Commercial laws.

K. S. Raman

A fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with double Masters in Commerce and Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, majoring in Finance, Mr. Raman has been associated with the corporate and Industrial sector for more than two decades as a Company Secretary in the industry. His vast experience and knowledge of Corporate Laws, including the Companies Act, MRTP Act, SEBI Regulations, Listing requirements, Securities Contract (Regulations) Act adds lot of value to the firm. He has first hand knowledge of the issues relating to compliance with the Reserve Bank of India, debt recovery and initiating necessary legal process to speed up the recovery proceedings. Besides, he also advises the top Management of large industrial groups on IPO’s, stocks and shares related laws, evaluation of projects and business proposals and propositions, and contributes towards the decision making process. Mr. Raman heads the corporate advisory services department of the Firm.
